Do you enjoy working with customers over the phone? Do you have Real Estate Experience? A loyal, hard-working behind the scenes type person who always follows the plan... So productive that your last employer considered hiring two people to replace you after you left... Do you have strong computer skills? Are you comfortable in a small business environment where priorities can change quickly... A get-it-done type of person who's also very good at talking with people on the phone?

If so, we should talk because you just might be the great sales assistant I'm looking for to work 40 hours a week. The pay is negotiable and our office dress code is business casual. I don't mind if you haven't worked in a while. You also don't need a resume to apply.

Compensation: $24,000 a year, plus commission per home sold. Projecting $50,000 - $60,000 your first year with us and up from there.


  • Call buyers and sellers back
  • Book appointments on my schedule
  • Manage the questions buyers have on my homes for sale
  • Communicate with agents daily
  • Assist in getting positive reviews
  • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports
  • Continue to take a day to day office tasks away from me


  • Must be technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues; proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet skills
