Administrative/Sales Coordinator – Whitestone, NY  

Shares of New York Marketing LLC is an established and growing sales and marketing company. We are looking to hire a self-motivated, ambitious, team oriented individual to administratively support the on-site sales efforts at Le Havre on the Water and immediately neighboring cooperatives.

This is a full time salaried position with unlimited possibility for growth. A real estate license is not required but the ideal candidate is one who has marketing and social media knowledge or experience. Weekend and evening hours may be required.

  • Effectively receive, correspond with and transfer incoming phone calls
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and responsible for ordering stock
  • Filing and data organization (digital and hard copy)
  • Organize and coordinate purchase and sale contracts, board packages and closing documents
  • Data entry into BoomTown, CRM, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Schedule and coordinate buyer walk-throughs, inspections and completion of repairs
  • Coordinate the preparation of all buyer and seller marketing materials
  • Manage and update MLS listings
  • Regularly assist and coordinate company’s marketing, website and social media presence
  • Assist with the management of direct mail and lead nurturing campaigns
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Interest in marketing and digital technology
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized and careful attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job (candidate can take licensing course at the outset of employment).
$35,000 to $50,000 annually
