We are eagerly seeking a talented full-time real estate sales acquisitions specialist in the Denver metro area to join our real estate team.
This position requires a current Colorado real estate license and real estate sales experience with buyers and sellers.
What this position entails:
You will spend time each day calling leads to cultivate new relationships with buyers and sellers. You must be results-oriented, interested in learning, and be a team player who is trainable. Additionally, you must be fearless in picking up the phone to talk to strangers and schedule appointments. Then personally go on listing and selling appointments to convert homeowners and follow real estate transactions through to closing.

- Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
- Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers
- Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales
- Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
- Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research
- Work with Denver area home buyers and home sellers to determine needs, identify properties of interest, and follow through in person, by telephone, and by email
- Have experience entering data into the MLS, CRM systems, and associated real estate programs.
- Participate in ongoing real estate training in person and online
- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
- Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented
- 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired
- 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred
- 1 or more years of experience selling real estate
