You must be a decisive, forward thinker who can manage your time and follow up with leads, as we will not micromanage you. If you love to hunt, the thrill of the close, and have some measure of ability to follow our sales process, we are looking for you! You do not need to have real estate sales experience or be licensed.

This position will involve speaking with clients and closing deals over the phone.

Job Type: Full-time, contact, commission

This sales role is tailor-made for a true sales closer! 100% commission and a great package that allows a great sales rep to earn over $100,000 annually. 

Responsibilities

  • Pre-meeting: 10% of your time will be spent reviewing the online property file to confirm target buy price
  • Pre-meeting: 15% of your time will be spent driving to and from appointments. NOTE, we are also buying homes virtually so some appointments will be virtual
  • Onsite: 5% of your time will be spent assessing property for repair cost
  • Onsite: 60% of your time will be spent building rapport with the property owner and closing the deal onsite. Take every opportunity to close the deal on the first meeting by overcoming objections
  • Other: 10% of you time will include attending internal team collaboration meeting to get alignment and make adjustments on how we can better serve you in the field, updating our CRM system with notes on appointments and self-generate new clients using proven techniques

Qualifications

Sales Skills:

  • Quickly build rapport over the phone with a friendly and disarming conversational voice
  • Display confidence in our company and process, being able to project that confidence over the phone
  • Control and direct the conversation to gather necessary information
  • Curious – wants to know as much as possible about the situation to put us in the best position to acquire the property
  • Persistent – doesn’t give up, wants to make someone out of everything, doesn’t let things die
  • Self Motivated – has a burning desire to succeed. This desire typically allows for those who will own their position and not need prompting to find things to do

Technical Skills:

  • Pick up CRM quickly
  • Simple analysis of real estate deals
  • General ability to understand technology and utilize it effectively and efficiently
  • Multi-Task (Must be able to answer the phone while managing the CRM
  • Organized and task-oriented
