JS Homes, a growing real estate investment company is looking for an outstanding world-class B2C acquisitions manager. In this role, you will take on the challenge of closing warm residential property owner leads. You’ll be expected to take the warm lead from initial conversation to close, as you meet with up to 10 pre-qualified warm leads per week. Leads that aren’t converted first meeting will be incubated through a systematic process until conversion.

This competitive and highly rewarding role is ideal for a highly self-motivated sales professional. It is handsomely compensated by an uncapped 100% commission structure. So if you’re at the top of your industry and hungry to continue progressing with a fast-growing company we want to hear from you. 

We will be investing $10,000+ per month in marketing to ensure your fast success, get you pre-vetted leads, and set you up on the appointment to meet with sellers. Past real estate sales is NOT a prerequisite. Whether you’ve sold software, shoes, ice to eskimos, etc. -- we are looking for the best salesperson in and around Boston to put our strong financial backing into your success.

This is a flexible position that has the ability to produce a large income for you. The better salesperson you are, the higher your paycheck will be each month. We do not put a cap on how much you can make!

Compensation:

  • Large uncapped commissions $80,000 - $125,000 is realistic first year earnings.
  • OR...if you prefer, base salary plus commission.

Responsibilities
  • On the phone with new home sellers looking for our next deal
  • Visiting dilapidated properties and meeting potential sellers
  • Negotiating deals and writing contracts
  • Finding buyers
  • Following up with old leads
  • Analyzing potential acquisitions
  • Entering info into our CRM
  • Developing and improving metrics for performance
  • Networking meetings: Attend local real estate investor meetings and network with the area’s best investors
Qualifications
  • Consistent and proven track record of closing new business
  • Phenomenal in-person communication skills with an ability to adapt your style to any situation
  • Currently earning good commissions and looking to further increase earnings
  • Professional business image, as you will be the face of the company in the field
  • Must possess a positive mental attitude, an open mind and flexibility in approach
  • Must be willing to learn and continuously improve closing skills
  • Must be teachable and enjoy reading books, listen to podcasts, and seek to learn how to be more effective
  • Must have exceptional listening and problem-solving skills
  • Must have a hunter’s mentality and also be willing to bring business to the team as well
  • Ability to follow up for multiple weeks in case home visit does not produce a contract
Compensation
Commission Based with OTE of $100,000+
