Our insanely fun, local Real Estate Investment company is seeking a super sharp salesperson who wants to chase down leads all day, make a ton of money, and buy a bunch of houses!

A lack of experience is not a problem - we are looking for someone with a desire to succeed and a hunger to close deals! A real estate license is not needed in any way as you will be buying properties directly from homeowners on behalf of our company, and we will train you on everything you need to know!

Here's who you are: Detail-oriented, diligent, reliable, incredibly friendly, and easy to talk friendly that it would be hard to stop speaking to you! Must be motivated by success and the need to close a sale. You like to have fun and have a proven track record of phone sales and appointment setting. You call prospects fast, get on site quickly, layout a superb sales presentation, and close deals...not just create a bunch of activity. You are relentless with follow-up as you realize the fortune is in the follow-up and while you will always have to lay down leads, most deals are made by following up 5-10-30x and will come after 1-2-6mo of consistent follow-up!

Here's what a top performer looks like: A professional that knows how to have fun and build instant rapport. Someone that understands that massive success comes from hard work and relentless follow-up. This person is teachable and always improving themselves by reading books, watching videos, doing mindset work, reading blogs, etc.

Do you have amazing sales skills to perform at a high level? Do you LOVE talking to people all day and have the drive, desire, and persistence to CLOSE deals? If so, you're someone we should talk to! We're looking for hungry folks who will work hard and CLOSE deals, not just create a bunch of activities without results. You'll work directly with the CEO and the Sales Manager and training is ongoing, constant, daily, and per scenario. We WILL push you to close more. Even when you hit $120,000... if you get complacent and think that's enough, you will not be the right fit for our company.

Our Company is hiring two Real Estate Acquisitions Inside Sales Representatives. We are a private investment company buying 15 - 20+ properties each month and we will be adding 2 new sales pros to our team immediately to facilitate our expansion.

Are you selling cars, insurance, construction, roofing, meat, any door-to-door product, windows, boats, houses, goats, or literally ANYTHING else and doing well but know you could be making WAY more money? Our best sales team members do not have direct home sales experience. One was a former machinist, another sold online marketing, and another owned a pawn shop. All backgrounds are welcome... if you can sell and prove it, you will fit in here!

This is FULL-time employment for someone that's looking for a long-term career with tons of advancement opportunities. Compensation for this position has a base of $500/week, but getting only 2 quality sales/week is an assured six-figure salary. If you are our top performer, you will have NO problems landing as many deals as you want. Your entire pay structure is based on two things:

  • Locking up as many properties as possible using our methods
  • Buying them for a great price creates win/win scenarios for all parties. That is it!

So what's your actual job? Pretty easy - Constant contact with client prospects, relentless follow-up and chasing overcoming objections, creating win-win scenarios, thinking creatively outside the box to make deals happen, building massive rapport, follow-up, and sealing the deal! And even with all of that, this is NOT high-pressure sales. We sell in a relaxed environment and an informational approach. We show clients why we are simply the best solution and we win a ton of business by doing so.

The average age of a client/prospect is 55+ so you must be able to build rapport and earn trust from this demographic. They have to trust that you can do what you say, and you represent us in that regard. We do not dress formally, but polos and khakis are common attire when out in the field to close a sale and meet a client. Otherwise, in the office, we're as relaxed as it gets. We keep the office FUN (and a bit crazy for sure). Jeans, shorts, t-shirts.... all perfectly fine.

  • Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads
  • Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations.
  • You MUST be able to earn trust and build rapport over the phone and in-person
  • You will spend the larger part of your day communicating with prospective clients via telephone and email as well as managing all sequences of the sales cycle so that our customers’ needs are met in an efficient and organized way
  • Achieve productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers
  • Attend seller appointments in the field and negotiate win/win solutions for both parties
  • Accurately track and report numbers to management
  • Actively ask for help on leads DAILY, for creative methods to make deals happen
  • Manage hundreds of leads and follow up with them routinely and relentlessly to consistently close prospects. The larger your pipeline becomes, the easier it is to close routine deals 1-3-6mo later paying you for consistent effort
  • Must be very tech-inclined. You'll make 60-100 calls per day to follow up with prospects, respond quickly to warm/hot inbound leads, update our CRM daily, and stay on task until deals are closed, operate within our other systems, etc.
