We are seeking an experienced sales professional to keep up with our rapid growth and help us to operate at the highest level by assisting in working with motivated sellers to acquire new contracts for the company.
Ideal candidate will be an expert rapport builder, networking, and CLOSER. Attention to detail, motivation, and superb communication skills are mandatory. You will prospect for incoming seller leads through LVN’s marketing efforts, as well as prospect for self-generated leads through pro-actively networking with realtors, wholesalers, friends and family, referrals, etc.
You are responsible for building rapport with motivated sellers before, during, and after the appointment. You must have the ability to overcome objections and work through difficult problems and situations. You will communicate with CEO daily but will have the option to work in the office or remotely. Self motivation is key to success! You will have KPIs (key performance indicators) to hit weekly.
Agent is responsible for all duties required in putting property under contract. This includes prospecting, follow up calls, sales appointments, contract preparation, title work communication, problem solving. Agent will find the best solution possible for customer and company in order to create a win-win property acquisition.
Real estate experience is preferred, but not required. A strong background in sales with a proven track record is (min 2 years).
