We are in immediate need of a Runner/Property Manager who is reliable, customer service oriented and who enjoys helping others. Join a team of caring, smart, hard-working agents in a part-time position with flex hours supporting one of the top Real Estate companies in the area!

The Runner, also known as Field Manager, part of the role is to drive the company van to deliver and pick up documents, checks, signs, etc. The Property Manager part of the role is to manage 25 rental houses, including marketing the properties, providing customer service to our tenants, coordinating repairs and maintenance and handling rent collection.

Hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. Flex-time is available. 

Responsibilities

Field Manager Duties:

  • Deliver checks to customers in a timely manner
  • Obtain proper signatures on receipts and turn in to Sr. Client Services Coordinator
  • Install and pick-up For Sale signs, Sold stars and lockboxes
  • Install and pick-up Open House signs and directionals
  • Purchase supplies as needed
  • Deliver and install riders, special feature cards and brochures
  • Check on homes as needed
  • Check on vacant listings and rental homes regularly
  • Handle minor repairs/maintenance when possible
  • Keep the sign inventory in a neat and orderly fashion
  • Manage Sentrilock lockboxes
  • Maintain inventory of For Sale signs, posts, screws, u-hooks, For Rent signs, Open House signs, Open House directionals, Sold signs, For Sale directionals, event signs, flyer boxes and lockboxes.

Office Operations:

  • Assist with repairs or maintenance for the office
  • Assist with IT issues
  • Clear snow/ice from walks if needed
  • Help with trash removal
  • Maintain all storage areas
  • Help keep equipment running and supplies in stock
  • Manage all maintenance for Transit


Property Manager:

  • List properties for rent
  • Show properties for rent
  • Handle application process
  • Sign lease with tenants
  • Meet to walk the property and review move-in checklist
  • Schedule any necessary repairs, cleaning or landscaping
  • Handle all tenant requests
  • Walk through properties once a quarter
  • Setup and maintain client files (hard copy and electronic
  • Follow up with any tenants who have not paid rent by the 5th
  • Collect unpaid rent

Qualifications

  • Background check required
  • Good driving record
  • Must live locally
  • Property Management experience is a plus
  • NC real estate license is a plus

Compensation
$18 - $22 per hour
