Our busy Real Estate Team in Kansas City, MO, is looking for a dependable person to fill a Part-Time Runner position in Southern Jackson County and Cass County.
We offer a flexible schedule and pay and there may be room for advancement to full-time in the future.

• Check the status of properties and report findings
• Take pictures of properties
• Put up and take down yard signs
• Perform routine and daily errands

• Must have a digital camera and be able to upload pictures to an online platform
• Must be able to work some nights and weekends when needed
• Must have a reliable cell phone with the ability to text
• Must be fluent in English with good communication skills
• Must have the ability to interact with both staff and members of the public
• Must have reliable transportation, be insured, and have a good driving record
• Can work under instruction as well as independently
• Must be reliable and responsible
• Organizational and team-working skills are essential
• Computer experience necessary
• Prefer an individual with some knowledge of real estate
