Team LGI is looking for our new Real Estate Runner. If you are a self-starter with excellent time management skills and attention to detail this may be a good role for you. This position requires excellent people skills, great verbal communication, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and execute daily tasks with a low margin of error. Stellar customer service is our highest priority!

A runner is an important position for any busy business. Our runners often act as a connection between the real estate team and our clients and vendors that really make a difference in the timeliness of service.

Runners eliminate a lot of stress and discord by communicating information between our team members and helping manage tasks regarding lockboxes, signs and more. A DISC assessment will be sent to your email following your application, you MUST complete this assessment for your application to be reviewed.

Responsibilities

  • Check-in with Operations Manager to determine priorities and assignments for the day
  • Responsible for inventory tracking of all signs, riders, and lockboxes – when low on signs/riders – alert Operation Manager
  • Delivering yard signs and riders for coming soon and/or new listings, as appropriate
  • Weekly, thorough checks on all vacant listings to ensure the highest quality presentation for showings. Clean/tidy up or alert Listing Coordinator of any issues which may require additional attention
  • Checking all vacant listings after any bad weather/high winds – ensure signs and property are not damaged
  • Assist with de-staging homes before closings
  • Consistently representing Team LGI with a winning attitude!

Qualifications

  • Friendly, positive, and energetic demeanor
  • Customer service background preferred
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Comfortable with navigating the Brevard County area
  • Willingness to go “above and beyond” to provide an excellent client experience

Compensation
$12 hourly
