The goal is to scout potential clients, turn them into actual ones, and achieve high occupancy rates. We need proactive people-persons who are well-versed and visible in the local community. The right candidate should be prepared to conduct market surveys and shop in competitive communities.

• Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically to maintain our level of company standards
• Validate all personal references and rental application information
• Promote available properties using various social media and websites to help ensure quick rental contracts
• Research local rental rates and calculate costs to determine fair and competitive pricing
• Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close the deal

• Past sales experience is preferred
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
• Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices
• Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written

• Working knowledge of Appfolio or other Property Management software systems
• Must have a valid Real Estate license or be willing to obtain one within 90 days of employment
