- Cultivate long-lasting relationships with other investors, wholesalers, real estate agents, disposition agents, and others in the real estate industry by reaching out directly to them and scheduling meetings such as coffee, lunch, stopping by their office, bringing them into our office, etc.
- Hunt for new people to add to our network of buyers
- Be creative in how you prospect for new leads
- Networking is big! Attend events, meetings, etc.
- Utilize social media such as Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook
- LOVES TALKING TO PEOPLE
- Analytical
- Can communicate clearly and professionally
- Active (or can be) on social media, especially Facebook and Instagram
- Can easily introduce yourself to new people
- 1+ years of client relationship experience or 2+ years of sales experience
- Proven track record of sales/acquisitions success
- A real estate license is NOT required, but willing to get one
- Passion for the real estate industry!!
