As a result, we are looking to add an experienced person to our dynamic team to help us attract and hire new agent talent.

The ideal candidate will have experience with the hiring process along with familiarity with the real estate industry. Candidate must have engaging personality, sense of humor and professional image. Must be a team player and excel in team-based environments.

This position will be based out of our corporate headquarters in Wakefield, MA but travel to our other offices may be required occasionally.

This is a full time position. Office hours are 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday -Friday. Some evening and weekend hours may be required for meetings or events. 


Responsibilities

  • Connect with existing agents within the Realtor community to establish relationships and ensure that Cameron becomes the destination brokerage they think of
  • Work with leadership to identify agents which we should be actively working to recruit
  • Conduct 'Meet and Greet' sessions weekly to expose potential recruits to the Cameron community
  • Engage with folks who are thinking of entering the real estate industry and ensure that they know what is available at Cameron
  • Work closely with the management team to be sure that we are achieving our goals with respect to growth


Qualifications

  • HS diploma or higher
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow directions and execute a plan
  • Eagerness to never stop learning and growing




Compensation
$100,000 - $150,000
