You’ll be responsible for engaging potential new team members, vetting the candidates to make sure they are qualified, and narrowing down to candidates who are best suited for our culture. - Establish a proven recruiting process for finding and vetting candidates to ensure they are qualified and scale up the recruiting program
- Utilize job boards to post jobs that reach potential new real estate team members
- Look for new agents in our area and recruit them via phone calls, emails, events, or other forms of communication to meet the demands of our growing business
- Present an update on the success of implemented recruiting methods to the team on a regular basis
- Make sure all candidate files are properly stored and managed to assure privacy and keep information readily available
- At least 2 years experience recruiting in real estate, inside sales, or similar field
- Experience with posting jobs on most well-known job boards
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Superb time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
$50,000 - $75,000 yearly
