They are passionate about sales, consulting, and coaching agent-entrepreneurs on growing their business.

This person has strong communication skills and naturally connects with others. They seek to understand their market, understand the unique value proposition of Keller Williams, and effectively communicate the opportunity to any real estate entrepreneur and business owner. 

They are aligned with the General Manager’s and owners’ vision to achieve the Market Center’s goals. They leverage the tools to perform the activities necessary to achieve the GM’s expectations of recruiting some of the best real estate agents in the business, and consulting with the top 20 percent of agents (25-40 high performers) to help them set lofty goals and develop plans to go and beat them.

They are a learning-based leader who embraces succeeding through others and working within a team. They understand basic business, financial reporting (e.g., P&Ls), and how to support others in making great business decisions. They thrive in a team environment, love using best practices and tools, and are also willing to contribute to innovating new ones.

This is a full-time position for an energetic, enthusiastic, outgoing individual. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success and skills as a leader ideally with a background in residential Real Estate and/or recruiting. You must have a natural ability to connect with others and be growth-oriented.

Responsibilities

What will you do?

Your main focus:

  • Actively engage and attract productive real estate agents and teams through networking, business consulting, disruptive training, and by leveraging KW technology
  • Consult with the top 20% of your agents on your team to increase productivity and profitability, as well as associates’ engagement and retention.

You will also…

  • Ensure the market center is profitable, keeping tight fiscal control over operating expenses
  • Lead, support, set expectations, and hold regular accountability sessions with your Market Center leadership team
  • Work as part of a broader regional KWCP leadership team to develop and execute our growth strategy
  • Collaborate with a network of KWCP partners to help your team deliver a superior customer experience
  • Provide input into and ensure execution of a productive training calendar for associates based on key areas of business and associates’ needs
  • Lead and/or partner with the Market Center team to increase associates’ productivity through business consulting
  • Effectively communicate and drive adoption of Keller Williams’ value proposition as it relates to associates’ businesses, goals, and/or needs
  • Oversee the ALC (Associate Leadership Council comprised of top agents) and ensure ALC growth in productivity and profitability
  • Research competition and develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete in partnership with the GM
  • Oversee, actively drive, protect, and represent Keller Williams Culture
  • Lead sales and business meetings

  • Prior experience with or willingness to master the KW core agent curriculum and technology: Command, Ignite, BOLD, MREA, Lead Generation 36:12:3, Win with Sellers, Win with Buyers, Career Visioning, 30/60/90 and Success Through Others; scripts for all aspects of real estate; and KW models and systems

$70,000 - $100,000 yearly
