Bridge Mountain
We are looking for a real estate agent recruiter who would be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and recruiting top-performing real estate agents to join a brokerage firm.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to identify top-performing real estate agents
- Source and recruit new real estate agents through various channels, including networking, job postings, and social media
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews with potential candidates
- Analyze and evaluate candidate qualifications and experience to determine the best fit for our brokerage
- Make hiring decisions based on candidate qualifications and company needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system
- Collaborate with other members of the recruiting team to achieve recruiting targets
- Attend industry events and participate in networking activities to build a strong network of real estate professionals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and recruiting best practices
Qualifications
- Able to work in office
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in real estate agent recruiting or a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruiting targets
- Strong network of real estate professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in technology and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
- Valid real estate license and means of travel
Compensation
$50,000 - $60,000 yearly
