We are in need of a professional real estate recruiter to help us identify driven new agents who can meet the demands of our growing real estate business. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to agents, ensuring their abilities align with our high-performance standards, and evaluating if they’re a great culture fit for the team. $75,000 - $100,000 base DOE + bonus, potential for $300,000+

Responsibilities
  • Give regular presentations on the success of recruiting tactics
  • Put steps in place to scale the recruiting process and ensure candidates are high quality
  • Make sure all candidate files are properly stored and managed to assure privacy and keep information readily available
  • Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry
  • Find new talent for our sales team success and encourage them to join through phone calls, emails, in-person appointments, or other forms of communication
  • Take ownership of the hiring process by making recommendations and managing interview schedules, keeping all parties informed as things progress, and following up with candidates who are not selected

  • Recruit sales associates – weekly (interview, select, hire)
  • Share Market Center value/opportunities story with all Market Center leadership and associates
  • Oversee training for existing sales associates (new and experienced) in key areas of business 
  • Lead sales and business meetings 
  • Research competition and develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete
  • Facilitate regular sales meetings 
  • Conduct performance reviews of staff and associates 

Qualifications
  • Great at time management and organization
  • Experience with posting jobs on most well-known job boards
  • Two years of work experience in real estate recruiting or inside sales
  • Must have a college degree
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Compensation
$75,000 - $100,000 base DOE + bonus
