HomeSalesCo, LLC is looking to hire a Recruiter. We are looking to aggressively build our team of Real Estate Agents and are interested in finding someone who has the skills to communicate our value propositions.

Looking for someone with…

  • Excellent computer skills including experience with a CRM system or database to build and maintain pipeline.
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus.
  • Phone etiquette and the ability to book appointments.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and hustle to get the job done.
  • Proficient in recruiting and interviewing techniques.
  • Understanding of the hiring and retention process.
  • A strong communicator and natural connector with others.
Responsibilities
  • Reach out to prospective jobseekers and begin the initial employment screening process
  • Share company value/opportunities with recruits
  • Set and meet goals for appointments, gross and net recruits and profitability
  • Results driven and able to meet recruitment goals
Qualifications
  • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
  • Leadership, management, team-building skills
  • Proactive, positive attitude
  • Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus
  • Recruiting skills are preferred

Compensation
$2,000 per month plus Commission
