Our real estate brokerage is growing, and we’re looking for a real estate recruiter to help us find the right people for our expanding company! You’ll be responsible for engaging potential new-to-industry agents and seasoned agents, vetting the candidates to make sure they are qualified, and narrowing them down to candidates who are best suited for our culture. Our ideal applicant has strong organizational skills, a knack for identifying great talent, and the ability to nurture ongoing relationships. • Look for new agents in our area and recruit them via phone calls, emails, events, or other forms of communication to meet the demands of our growing business
• Provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful
• Establish a proven recruiting process for finding and vetting candidates to ensure they are qualified and scale up the recruiting program
• Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry
• Manage the hiring process, set up interviews, make recommendations to hiring managers based on who you find to be the best fit for our team and culture, and follow up with candidates who are not selected

• Maintain a recruiting CRM to help organize candidates and nurture relationships

• Skilled at posting openings online using a variety of tools and services
• Two years of work experience in real estate recruiting or inside sales
• Strong organizational skills and time management skills
• Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities as well

• Not a remote position
