We are in need of a professional real estate recruiter to help us identify driven new agents who can meet the demands of our growing real estate business. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to agents, ensuring their abilities align with our high-performance standards, and evaluating if they’re a great culture fit for the team. Responsibilities
  • Utilize job boards to post jobs that reach potential new real estate team members
  • Set up a process for vetting new candidates that is scalable and ensures each candidate meets our criteria
  • Oversee the steps in hiring, from interview scheduling, making recommendations on top talent and following up with those who are not selected
  • Look for new agents in our area and recruit them via phone calls, emails, events, or other forms of communication to meet the demands of our growing business
  • Give regular presentations on the success of recruiting tactics

  • Manage hiring and recruiting process of sales associates with a focus on top producing agents, make recommendations to the hiring team based on who you find to be the best fit for our culture and follow up with candidates who are not selected
  • Look for new agents in our area and recruit them via phone calls, emails, events, or other forms of communication to meet the demands of our growing business
  • Share Brokerage value story with recruits, leaders, and associates
  • Coach and consult with associates and business owners
  • Lead sales and business meetings
  • Master Keller Williams systems, models, and technology and oversee the implementation of training, education and development opportunities in the Market Center
  • Provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful

Qualifications
  • Great at time management and organization
  • 4-year college degree required
  • Verbal and written communication skills are a must
  • 2+ years experience in real estate recruiting, sales, or related position
  • Familiar with online job posting tools

  • 2+ years experience in real estate recruiting, sales, or related position
  • Real estate industry knowledge, experience, and skill with emphasis on residential real estate
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • People, leadership, management, and team-building skills
  • Great at time management and organization
  • Goal setting, planning, and accountability skills
  • Proactive, positive attitude

Compensation
$90,000 to $150,000
