We are seeking Business Development/Agent Recruiter with a burning desire to assist the owner to build the dominant real estate company in their market. You will be prospecting and scheduling recruiting meetings with potential agent recruits, presenting the brokerage’s value propositions, networking and relationship building, follow-up and closing. We seek at least 2–3 years of recruiting and/or real estate experience and consistent performance in the top 5 percent of your office.

  • Set and meet goals for appointments, gross and net recruits and profitability

  • Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team
  • Recruit sales associates – weekly (interview, select, hire)
  • Manage the administrative team while hiring, training, consulting, and holding them accountable
  • Lead sales meetings
  • Oversee the training for existing sales associates (new and experienced) in key area of business
  • Achieve goals for appointments, gross recruits, net recruits, and profitability

  • HR training and/or experience preferred
  • Implementer of systems and procedures
  • Tech-savvy
  • 2+ years experience in real estate environment is desired but not mandatory
  • 2+ years outside sales experience MANDATORY
  • Highly skilled in computers products (Pages, Keynote) MS products (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High level of technical ability with social media, software/CRMs, hardware, computers, and office equipment
  • Marketing Social Media experience
  • Video communication
  • Team oriented, enthusiastic, eager, motivated, collaborative, with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work with limited daily supervision; a self-starter (micromanagement not provided)
  • Results-oriented
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Professional demeanor
  • Ability to communicate in a caring professional manner and provide excellent customer service
