Responsibilities

  • Recruit sales associates - interview, select, hire
  • Consult and coach a selected group of the top real estate agents in the market center
  • Work with the operations team to better share the success of our internal agents
  • Develop retention systems with the leadership team to help grow, recognize, and retain the existing agents
  • Learn and teach the models of KW to empower our people to build big businesses
  • Work with the CEO and Operating Principal in building mortgage, title, and marketing business for agent support
  • Build and manage a vendor network to support the agent base
  • Lead the KW Charleston education calendar and faculty training program

Compensation
$45,000 - $60,000
