This is a Coach & Mentor leadership position in real estate. A recognized leader with high integrity and a track record of success. You need to have a passion for helping others grow their career and be a great teacher. You are great at tracking results and ready to celebrate successes and milestones with agents. You will work closely with the Director of Operations and CEO to create and implement productivity events, weekly training classes, private coaching sessions, and more.

• Identify potential candidates for a sales role within the company
• Daily prospecting sessions to set appointments and in-person networking events to build relationships with agents to recruit
• Guide associates in productivity coaching through establishing goals and writing a business plan
• Meet weekly with associates in coaching to review numbers and hold them accountable
• Quantify actionable plans based on associate’s goals using company systems
• Develop and maintain training courses for new hires and experienced agents
• Build relationships with our agents and help our agents improve their businesses
• All aspects of agent recruiting

• SC NC Real Estate License (can obtain)
• Real Estate sales experience preferred
• Comfortable meeting new people and speaking to mid-to-large sized groups
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Technology proficient
