The ideal candidate has at least 2–3 years of real estate industry experience and/or experience with leadership, coaching, recruiting, or talent acquisition. They understand basic financial reporting (e.g., P&Ls) and how to use these to make strong business decisions.

Our sales team has over 560 agents who will sell in excess of 6000 transactions equaling over 2.5 billion in closed sales volume in 2022.
