Your role as the Property Manager/Project Manager (PM) is to ensure rent is collected, tenants are content, the properties are well maintained and to respond to tenant inquiries as soon as possible.
As a Property Manager your role would be to also oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific construction project which has a beginning, an end and specified deliverable.
We’re hiring a self-motivated Property Manager with experience. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverable falls within the applicable scope and budget. He or She will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfill client needs.
