Responsibilities
  • Prepares annual budget to help make sure financial objectives are met
  • Resolve tenant complaints to satisfaction and in accordance with our high quality of property standards
  • Oversees all on-site operations and maintains vendor relationships to make certain all aspects of the property are running smoothly
  • Establish rates by researching local market and calculating costs so pricing is accurate and fair
  • Facilitates resident move-ins/move-outs by negotiating leases, collecting security deposits and processing applications to ensure a smooth process

  • Working directly with the HOA board of directors
  • Getting bids, submitting work orders, and following up on them
  • Attending board meetings
  • Dealing with day-to-day issues
  • Working within the HOA CC&R's, Rules and Regs to advise the board on issues that may arise
  • Working within the HOA budget
  • Coordinate and oversee operations including vendor relationships, budget implementation, contractor workmanship, etc

Qualifications
  • B.A. preferred, High School Diploma required
  • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities on the phone and in person
  • 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience preferred
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility in schedule to include working both evenings and weekends

  • 1-2 years of hands-on HOA management experience
  • Knowledge of Robert's Rules of Order
  • Must have a reliable vehicle/transportation
  • Must value ethics and relationships

Compensation
$53,000+ DOE
