We are looking for a full-time bookkeeper to join our expanding team! You'll be responsible for keeping our financial records organized, including tracking accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring that each account is reconciled correctly. • Prepare for quarterly reporting using standard best practices and assist in monthly closings
• Enter financial data into computer software, making sure all bills and invoices are filed correctly
• Communicate with all vendors, partners, and staff regarding payments and financial records to ensure bills are paid promptly
• Adapt to the needs of the real estate team to complete other accounting tasks when necessary
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing payments by printing, distributing, and obtaining check signatures when necessary

• Real estate industry experience is highly valued
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• A background in accounting or finance is valuable, but not required
• High school diploma required, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is highly valued
• Able to write to and speak with vendors and clients effectively
