What you’ll be doing

As the Operations Manager for our team, you will be overseeing, managing, and coordinating a number of processes that keep clients, transactions, and small renovation projects on track, while learning how to be a top-tier Realtor in San Francisco. During the first 18 to 24 months in this role, you'll learn the ins and outs of all things that will make you a top S.F. Realtor. After your first 24th months on the job, you'll start doing some of your own deals and earning your own commission checks. Transitioning to a full-time, lead agent, can be the goal of the person in this role. The transition to a full-time independent agent on our team will take 36 to 48 months.

If you do not want to transition to a full-time agent, this role can still be available to you.

What you’ll bring

You’re enthusiastic about the Real Estate business and are eager to support a team of like-minded, high-performing, and personable individuals. You already have (or are willing to get) your Real Estate License. You love forging relationships and talking to folks all day. "No two days are alike" is your ideal working environment.

Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will have three major roles within the team:

Vendor manager/Listing prep lead

  • Manage projects and relationships between contractors, stagers, painters, plumbers, and any other vendors. 
  • Creating and presenting budgets to clients. 
  • Act as liaison between clients, vendors, and the lead agents on our team. 

In-office operations manager

  • Escrow coordinating, marketing, helping to launch listings online 
  • Paperwork and scheduling
  • General errands (key pick up and delivery, purchasing office supplies, etc.)

Showing agent

  • Conduct home tours for our buyer clients, and show our listings to potential buyers and their agents. 
  • Manage and complete all required paperwork and scheduling that is required for showings. 
  • Coordinate and interface with other agents and liaise between clients and them. 
  • Host open houses at team listings

Qualifications

  • Flexible schedule a is must. This job will require you to work on nights and weekends
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License or be willing to get one by the time you start work
  • Project management experience
  • Construction management experience is not required but is a plus
  • Live in or close to San Francisco
  • Wants a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment with new problems and challenges to solve constantly

Compensation
$85,000
