We need a hard-working, multi-tasking, computer proficient project manager to help us with our various projects around the DFW metroplex. We flip and make ready a lot of homes in the DFW area and are looking for someone who can help our current team manage the projects we are taking on. 

You must have construction experience and knowledge. If you have crews and subs you can bring to the table we will be more likely to hire you. If you speak Spanish that is also a huge plus. We will be doing a high volume of flips and make-readies and need someone who will grow with us to build the systems, processes, and network necessary to handle a much larger volume.

• Works well with sub contractors and knows how to manage them
• Knowledge needed to remodel homes from foundation to roof and everything in between
• Getting from project to project regularly always keeping the projects progressing
• Can work with cities to acquire permits and meet inspectors at properties
• Can ensure the work being preformed is high quality, on time and keeping projects on budget

• Construction experience and project management experience are highly important
• Excellent communication skills both with the office as well as the subcontractors
• Basic computer skills along with word and excel experience
• Reliable vehicle with current registration, insurance, and driver's license
