Our Real Estate Team is looking for an organized individual that can work with our clients & established vendors through renovation projects. No direct experience necessary—just a logical, taskmaster with desire to see the results accomplished smoothly. Setting expectations with Consistent Communication with clients and Vendors is essential to success in this role.
Each day you’ll be reviewing properties for the interior and exterior sprucing up and updating needs, requesting quotes, confirming vendor work orders, and the appointments with the property owners. Ordering supplies like light fixtures and mirrors from local stores or amazon quick shipping so the vendors have what they need to complete their work timely. This is a fun, fulfilling, action packed role with a mix of desk/computer work and out in the fieldwork. Most of our renovation projects take 2-3 weeks from start to finish, therefore a great deal of satisfaction can be realized quickly. No grass should be growing under your feet as they say.

Each Home Renovation Management Project consists of these steps:
- Establish a list of repairs and sprucing up as a client signs up to work with our team
- Basic photos of work needed to document before and afters
- Request quotes from our very loyal and reliable vendors
- Confirm approved work/quotes with agent and clients
- Collect deposits and promissory notes for payment
- Order approved work from vendors
- Organize the schedule of vendors
- Confirm supplies will be ready when needed
- Deliver supplies and check on progress as needed
- Confirm a Schedule with Listing Manager to Launch the home on the Market
- Final Billing with Confirmed Matching Approved Quotes
- Real Estate License Welcome, but not required
