Our Company fixes and flips over 125 homes per year(the stuff that you see on HGTV) and we are looking to hire an assistant project manager in order to help us manage some of those projects.

The assistant project manager will be responsible for the management of 10-20 of these flips and after they are fully trained, will be responsible for oversight and management of 10-20 of these projects per year(averaging 5-10 projects at a time).

The majority of these projects will be single-family fix and flips where we are doing between a $40,000-$80,000 budgeted renovation.


  • Manage single family renovations from start to finish
  • Find qualified contractors who will be able to complete our work on budget and on time
  • Be on site and rotate through the houses that you are managing
  • Perform some physical labor from time to time when necessary


  • Willingness to travel - our jobs can range one hour in each direction from Greater Boston - over time you will likely end up in a specific region
  • Ability to communicate well with others
  • Ability to hold others accountable to their expectations
  • Prior experience in the construction field is required
