We are looking for a highly motivated professional with strong project management skills to join our team of real estate investment professionals. 

This job supports the team as a project manager for both rehabs and transaction coordination and requires both offsite (individual property locations) and office work.

You'll manage rehabs and specific property transactions working with both internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple real estate projects simultaneously
  • Create SOW and recommend budgets for rehab projects to achieve profit and timeline goals
  • Address problems as they arise
  • Manage contractors to ensure quality, keep the project moving along and ensure performance standards are met; hold them accountable to timelines
  • Keep internal and external teams updated in real-time
  • Use company CRM and project management software for project information and updates throughout the project
  • Coordinate closing procedures, such as cleanouts, dumpsters, cleaners, utilities, etc.
  • Aid real estate agents, title companies, attorneys, and other stakeholders with paperwork and ensure the completion of all escrow documents, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
  • Perform other duties as required

Qualifications

  • Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred
  • Construction experience: 1 year 
  • Project management: 1 year 
  • General construction knowledge (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc.) is a must: 1 year
  • You must have a car to drive to job sites. Mileage reimbursement is available
  • When not at a property site visit, you'll work in our Nashua office

Compensation
$55,000 yearly
