We are a busy real estate investing company that specializes in residential flips. We are expanding our project management team as we grow and are looking for a project manager/project coordinator! This role is responsible for ordering material, dropping material off to our subcontractors, walking properties, quality assurance, and communicating with tenants. Our company loves growth-minded people who are relentless in getting projects completed! Experience is definitely a plus, but we are willing to train someone who has the right attitude!

• Ordering material
• Running material to properties
• Walking properties and taking photos
• Communicating with other departments, sub contractors, tenants
• Checking on progress of rehabs and quality assurance

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Attention to details
• Ability to communicate well
• Can take direction
• Can think of solutions to issues that arise on the spot
• Always wanting to grow and get better
