**This is not a salaried position. Your income is entirely commission-based and provides unlimited potential. You can earn as much as $120,000 annually or more depending on your listings closed.
- Identify and prospect potential buyers and sellers.
- Plan and manage showings and open houses.
- Utilize negotiation tactics to ensure satisfactory returns for clients.
- Compose and analyze listing and buyer contracts.
- Monitor the San Diego housing market and stay in the loop on industry news.
- Must have a valid California license to practice Real Estate.
- Candidates must have been an active Real Estate agent for at least one year.
- Applicants must have held a license in California for a minimum of one year.
