Our leads system, smart technology, support, and training will get you off the ground and running... FAST. We are one of less than a dozen teams in the valley who have access to pre-set Zillow appointments too. We have access to several 3rd parties that trust our agents with their high-level clients looking to buy and sell their homes.

Compensation:  Agents hitting our minimum sales standards will make $75,000+ minimum salary. Several team members are over six figures a year.

• Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to grow sales opportunities
• Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
• Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
• Prospect for new leads to promote new business
• Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Self-motivation and drive
• Great communication and social skills
• Show good organizational and time management skills
• A successful and proven sales history is preferred
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
