Typical impact-driven businesses either do WELL or they do GOOD. They either focus on profitability, and do a little philanthropic work on the side, or they focus on impact and aren't at the top of their game in their industry; they're more known for their non-profit work. We are committed to being a 10/10 on both fronts; well & good. We are committed to being the #1 real estate team in Colorado (currently #6) while also being recklessly generous, giving away over $1M/yr. as well as significant generosity with our time and talent (ask for more info on what types of projects our 501c3 is involved in, but it's primarily human-flourishing needs such as food, water, shelter, education, etc.)
As we continue to grow, there are several seats on our rocketship that could be a good fit for you. We are much more than a real estate team, with several other connected businesses that agents can share profit & ownership in (title, brokerages, insurance, shared services, and several others in the works). HOWEVER, right now, here are a few opportunities to consider:
Showing Assistant: a showing assistant within our network is available to help agents on the team with showings when needed, and are compensated per house that they show. A showing assistant is also a part of our Jr. Agent program, helping new agents close their first 3 transactions ASAP. Our most recent Jr. Agents closed over $3M of property within their first 3 months, something no other brokerage or team can hold a candle to. The level of support and opportunity available to our Jr. Agents, while also earning an income as a showing assistant, is unmatched, and launches them into successful real estate careers. A Jr. Agent can easily expect to earn $60,000, but some Jr. Agents clear $100,000 in their first year.
Agent: Agents on the team receive access to 7 full-time staff members there to take everything off their plate, the best coaching and training imaginable, access to more leads and appointments than they can handle, a world-changing vision that gets them out of bed in the morning, collaboration with 25 other like-minded professionals, and the best systems and tools in the industry. Several agents on the team make more than $200,000/yr. AFTER all expenses, splits, fees, etc.
Lead Agent: A lead agent in our organization has succeeded as an agent, is willing to help agents on the team with things like contract questions and advice, and as a result, receives the highest level of support and appointments to compensate them for their time. A Lead Agent receives their own support staff and should have no problem making over $300,000/yr.
Partner: once someone on the team has succeeded as a leader in the organization, the world is their oyster. Being a Partner means the opportunity to take ownership in other businesses, like our title company, brokerage, insurance company, shared services company, or any other business that we start together and fuel/fund through our transactions. There truly is no limit for a partner inside our world. Income goal for a Partner would be $500,000/yr.
Administrative Positions: with a constantly evolving, growing world, we’re always looking for talented team members to be a part of our administrative hub. Everything from marketing to contract management to inside sales, we’re always interested in talking with any industry leaders to see what kind of an opportunity we could open up for them.
