Who are we looking for?
The Productivity Coach is a top producer and a recognized leader with high integrity and a track record of business success. This individual is driven, yet compassionate. They exhibit a take-charge, results-oriented approach to situations and goals, yet also thrives by seeing others achieve. They will collaborate with the Team Leader/CEO, Market Center Administrator/CFO, and the Director of Productivity to achieve the Market Center's goals.

What will you do?
The Productivity Coach's primary responsibility is to increase the productivity of launching and non-capping associates. They collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to recruit talent to the Market Center and will use the tools of the Millionaire Real Estate Agent models to drive associates to increase production. The Productivity Coach is responsible for driving attendance and engagement in the Market Center and Network's meetings and classes. They will use existing tools and models to identify potential candidates for coaching and will consult with those associates to uncover their goals, coach them on the actions necessary to achieve those goals, and hold them accountable for taking the necessary actions. The Productivity Coach tracks results and is ready to celebrate success or implement actions necessary to achieve goals. Additionally, the Productivity Coach works closely with the Team Leader/CEO and Director of Productivity to create and implement productivity events and assists in developing the Market Center's training calendar.

The Productivity Coach works closely with the Director of Productivity and the Market Center’s Leadership Team. The Productivity Coach’s primary responsibility is to help new agents learn the foundations of the real estate business and assist agents with their transactions. The PC is responsible for working closely with new associates to ensure they are produced within the first 90 days of joining the Market Center. The PC tracks results and is ready to celebrate successes and implement actions necessary to achieve goals. Additionally, the PC will work with the coaching team to create and implement training events and assists in developing the Market Center’s training calendar.

Productivity Coaches should be highly skilled in holding others accountable. They view learning as the foundation of their action plan and have a KW Coach to hold them accountable for achieving their results. Every Coach needs a Coach.

  • Launch new associates into production as quickly as possible
  • Set and achieve the standard of at least 50 percent of the associates in the Productivity coaching program close minimum of 3 transactions within first 6 months
  • Set and achieve the standard of 50 percent or more of all Market Center’s new associates are productive every month
  • Drive attendance and engagement in morning scripts, role-playing, and mastermind
  • Drive attendance and active participation in Ignite and BOLD

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Guide new associates through their New Agent & Ignite 2.0 Checklists
  • Assist new associates in building lead generation and daily habits to generate transactions
  • Review all purchase agreement documents and listing documents prior to submission
  • Guide new associates in building and presenting a listing presentation
  • Guide new associates in building and presenting a buyers consultation
  • Provide new associates with opportunities to shadow agent activities i.e.: Open houses, presentations, home inspections, closings
  • Assist new associates with a contract to close
  • Facilitate and teach a minimum of two Ignite classes (live or prerecorded)
  • Collaborate with the Market Center leadership to consistently communicate Productivity Coaching value
  • Meet monthly with associates in the PC program to review their key metrics and hold them accountable for the completion of actions
  • Track associates results weekly and share with Director of Productivity Coach
  • Support the Market Center and education committee in generating, implementing, and communicating the monthly training calendar
  • Be an active member on an ALC committee
  • Promote PCN at new associate orientation, in team meetings, at real estate schools, and on Career Nights/Career Seminars
  • Track coaching activities daily on coaching scorecard
  • Create & protect schedule

  • Proficient in KW Command apps (Contacts, Smart plans, Designs, Opportunities) - or willing to learn
  • Record of sales success selling a minimum of 24 transactions
  • Track record of success in past job/tasks
