This person would capture and produce high-quality photography and video for all aspects of our business including marketing, listings, events, education/training and company culture. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys creative work, is reliable and works well independently as well as within a team.

- Photograph/film/edit content for our listings, events, training and culture
- Upload listing photos to MLS
- Photograph individual headshots and group photos
- Capture drone photos and footage for select properties
- Capture photos/videos for various social media platforms
- Create, manage and produce videos for YouTube channel
- Work with agents and teams to produce content for their own use
- Track all freelance photography for all markets and ensure proper payment
- Complete other duties as assigned
- Comfortable working with many different kinds of people and has the ability to make adjustments and act on feedback on projects
- Skilled in video equipment usage, lenses, lighting and photography
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and balance multiple deadlines
- Prefer real estate photography experience but will train
- Skilled in video equipment usage, lenses, lighting and photography
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and client service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong passion for creative projects
- Driver's license required
Preferred Skills/Abilities:
- Proficient with Google programs and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience with Matterport Virtual Tours
- Experience with drone photography/videography
- Experience using a camera in manual mode
