We are seeking a Videographer and Photographer who has a gift and a real passion for their work. We are a top-selling real estate agency in the area and need someone who can create, produce, and edit high-quality video and photography for our marketing purposes.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys their work, is reliable, and likes a flexible schedule. We set the appointments for you and have staging handle all client communications plus administrative tasks. Compensation is on a per-job basis. - Plan for multiple shoots per day/week and be available in order to serve our clients
- Take quality video of all properties to post on social media and websites
- Edit and manipulate photos to produce high quality results
- Create beautiful photos and videos of all agency listings and promote online and in print marketing so properties are attractive and sell quickly
- Offer advice and assist real estate agents in the staging of a property to ensure best visual results
- Real estate photography experience a plus, but we will train the right person
- Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Must possess excellent computer skills and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite
- Enjoys working with all types of people and able to take constructive feedback and make adjustments
- Experience working with different lenses, lighting and video equipment
$12.5 hourly + Commission
