This is an exciting opportunity for you to enter a growing real estate business on the ground floor. You will be asked to work with the owner of the company to manage and execute a variety of day-to-day activities. While primarily focused on the real estate business, you will also coordinate and perform activities in the owner's consulting business and will care for day-to-day personal tasks for the owner. 

We’re searching for an organized personal assistant to provide administrative support and help us operate more efficiently. You’ll answer phone calls, schedule meetings, run errands, arrange travel, document meeting minutes, keep track of important paperwork, and assist with other duties as needed. Our ideal candidate is a great multitasker and possesses superb communication skills. Coordination and execution of real estate business activities including:

  • Manage owner's calendar and meetings
  • Answer and make phone calls on behalf of the owner including calls to property sellers and buyers
  • Execute and track daily real estate marketing activities
  • Inspect properties (taking photos and videos) and show properties to prospective buyers
  • Coordinate real estate transactions with sellers, buyers, attorneys, title companies, etc
  • Keep track of filing systems for administrative tasks
  • Use of Microsoft Office to track activities and create reports

Coordination and executions of consulting services business activities including:

  • Create meeting appointments, write notes, and distribute meeting minutes to ensure team organization
  • Communicate with clients
  • Create deliverables including PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and Word documents
  • Manage and respond to emails

Completion of personal tasks for the owner on a day-to-day basis including:

  • Tasks may vary widely on a daily basis and will include items such as running errands, managing appointments, paying bills, etc.
  • Deliver packages and pickup orders as needed
  • Make travel arrangements including flight, hotel, and transportation
  • Complete any other necessary task assigned


  • Previous work experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, executive assistant, or related job experience such as business administration
  • Applicants must have graduated high school or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Willing to commute to the office on a daily basis
  • Must have transportation and be willing to make trips with little or no notice
  • Comfortable taking and making calls and have a friendly demeanor
  • Great time management skills as well as both written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter willing to proactively tackle and resolve problems/obstacles with little oversight
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • The business will pay for a candidate to become a notary public


$15 - $18 hourly
