First and foremost, you must embody a can-do attitude and be open and willing to learn: the Key Esquire process is unlike any other and is what has led to the firm's quick and lasting success. In the first two weeks, you will be expected to fully learn and apply this process. This will ensure your success at the firm as you handle 35+ transactions at a time.
Real estate never sleeps and sometimes, neither do we. Just kidding, we recover on the weekends. This is a full-time position in a very fast-paced environment. You must have at least three (3) years of paralegal experience handling residential closings from attorney review to closing.
While the position is majority remote, you must reside in New Jersey and have the ability to reliably commute to the office in Edison to attend closings.
