The Outside Sales Trainer is an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. He/she is an excellent leader within the organization, able to train a cohesive sales team of Outside Sales Agents who are united in their commitment to the team’s standards and to achieving the team’s goals. They have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality.

The Outside Sales Trainer leads the team by hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all Outside Sales Agents. In addition, he/she demonstrates on a daily basis the management ability, knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving buyer agent who is committed to putting clients first, to doing the right thing and to seeking win-win agreements.

The Outside Sales Trainer also demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by regularly attending courses, teaching courses when appropriate, and regularly practicing scripts and dialogues. He/she is committed to investing in the people on the team and regularly provides them with learning and growth opportunities as well.

Responsibilities

  • 30 hours of outbound prospecting per week to generate leads during the first 90 days; minimum of 15 hours per week thereafter
  • Network with sphere seeking clients and referrals
  • Promptly respond to all seller & buyer leads per lead policy 
  • Schedule and conduct presentations with potential clients  
  • Actively follow-up with prospects by phone, email, text, and social media
  • Consult with Leadership Team in order to discover needs of the team
  • Act as an intermediary between Sales Managers and Sales Agents
  • Primary duties include follow ups, e-mail communication and overall management of people pipeline
  • Provide world class customer service
  • Consistently network and market to prospect for new Sales Agents
  • Establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career by supporting and learning from other team-oriented agents

Qualifications

Position will be developed and promoted from within current team after successfully demonstrating high-level competency of the Outside Sales Agent role (see position posting). Expected time frame is 3-6 months.

  • Real Estate License (We can help you get one)!
  • One year of experience as a trainer or instructor is strongly desired.
  • Previous sales experience is required.
  • Proven experience in relationship management; learners, representatives, administrators.
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving.
  • Track record of success.
  • Pass background and drug tests.
  • Valid MN or WI driver’s license.
  • Compensation listed below is after training period.
Compensation
$15 /hour plus commission and bonuses
