We are looking to hire an energetic, competitive, and goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative looking to build their career in a consultative-selling environment. Training and skill development are at the forefront of our organization and training is provided.

- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities
- Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion
- Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers
- Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
- Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close
- Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments
- Passionate about selling

- Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills
- Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities
- Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken
