We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative who will conduct sales via online interaction with both potential and existing customers. They are responsible for offering the best possible customer experience as well as providing hands-on explanations of any new or updated products when necessary. Able to build trust and act as support for prospects, ensuring they lead to potential future sales.

Our sales team will train you and connect you with top producing and closing agents across the nation. You set the appointments and we will handle it from there. Once it is closed you will earn a generous split of the commission

Responsibilities

  • Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers
  • Conduct calls with customers daily
  • Attend daily role plays to develop and maintain your phone skills
  • Join a daily dial session via Zoom where you will be working with peers from across the nation in friendly competition and support
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business
  • Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close
  • Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs
  • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion
  • Make your daily dials following proven scripts that we will teach you and set as many appointments as you can
  • Understanding client needs and effectively communicating them with the agents to increase sales opportunities
  • Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up
  • Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally

Qualifications

  • A real estate license is required
  • Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
  • Is dynamic, articulate, and well-spoken
  • Passionate about selling
  • Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities
  • Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies

Compensation
$50,000+ Commission Based
