The ideal candidate knows how to get the sale, leaning into their strong communication and interpersonal skills to convert potential customers into new clients. - Commit to staying updated on all services and products, competition, and market conditions to ensure customer needs are met
- Implement and carry out strategies to acquire new clients in your sales territory
- Keep company abreast of new business development opportunities, account status, potential customers, customer needs, and competitive issues using CRM
- Speak to potential customers to introduce our services or new products
- Cold calling prospective clients looking to sell their home
- CRM experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred
- Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- You must have driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- You will need 1-2 years of inside or outside sales experience
