• Create new business possibilities with current clients to develop client list
• To ensure a WIN/WIN close, act as an intercessor between sellers and potential buyers by facilitating commercial sales
• Create and maintain a database of clients and follow-up

• Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone
• Ability to learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead systems QUICKLY
• Current Florida real estate license
