• Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met
• Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations
• Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities
• Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met
• Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the customer base served by our team to expand our sales results

This is a phone-based position where the individual will be calling customers on the phone to generate business and keep the lines of communication open with customers. This is not a job selling real estate but working with our Real Estate professionals to help them keep up with their customers.
