Responsibilities
  • Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process
  • Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
  • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on
  • Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close
  • An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients

  • Daily prospecting for new clients from an abundance of warm leads that are provided. No cold-calling.
  • Present the benefits of our services to home buyers and sellers to compel them to choose us over all other options.
  • Conduct home buying and selling consultations to determine prospective clients’ needs and wants then develop a strategic plan to accomplish their goals.
  • Show prospective homes to your clients and help them navigate the decision-making process.
  • Proactively and creatively negotiate deals with clients’ best interests at heart

A successful real estate salesperson must be humble, hungry, and smart. You must put others’ needs before your own. You must always want more, never satisfied with past accomplishments. You must be able to solve clients’ difficult problems and never give up until a solution is found.

Qualifications
  • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken
  • Driven to succeed in sales and in life
  • Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities
  • Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus
  • Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills

  • Past direct sales experience is preferred
  • Proficient with technology
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Great organizational and time management skills
  • Must have a valid TN Real Estate License or able to obtain one quickly. (we can help with this)

A successful real estate agent with our team can expect to work 50+ hours per week including some nights and weekends. They will have the flexibility to watch their kid’s ball game then run off to meet a client at a house. It’s always exciting and we often have to act quickly on behalf of our clients.

Commission income means no limits. If you are average, expect to make $45,000 your first year, and if you are a superstar or already have real estate sales experience you can potentially make $84,000+ your first year with our team! It's up to you!
