We are seeking to hire an energetic, competitive and goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative looking to build their career in a consultative-selling environment. Coaching and skill development are at the forefront of our organization and detailed training is provided. Strength of character, leadership and ambition carry more weight in our selection process than industry experience. We have an awesome culture and a team that loves to win!

  • Primary duties include follow ups, e-mail communication and overall management of sales pipeline
  • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice
  • Provide world class customer service to buyers
  • Build new, genuine relationships

  • Attend company-set appointments and negotiate a win/win solution for both parties
  • Build rapport with the sellers to overcome objections to get the deal signed
  • Make calls and drive through neighborhoods to develop new leads
  • Manage leads and follow up with prospects
  • Utilize the CRM daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed
  • Able to consistently hit metrics and sales quotas
  • Cultivate relationships in the industry to increase personal deal flow

  • Ability to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly and love meeting new people
  • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with the area real estate market

  • Proven track record of successful negotiations with sellers
  • Ability to keep a job and meet or exceed sales goals
  • Reliable transportation to drive to and from appointments
  • Coachable and always trying to improve
  • Fast starter and money motivated
  • Real estate license not required
