We are seeking to hire an energetic, competitive and goal-oriented individual looking to build their career in a consultative-selling environment. Training and skill development are at the forefront of our organization and training is provided.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate frequently to help strengthen prospective relationships.
  • Primary duties include follow ups, e-mail communication and overall management of sales pipeline.
  • Establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career by supporting and learning from other team-oriented agents.
  • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs.
  • Frequently host open houses to increase your network.
Qualifications
  • Familiarity with the area real estate market.
  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Forward thinking, proactive, dynamic, and perform well under pressure.
  • Real Estate License. (We can help you get one!)
  • Sales experience helpful.
